On November 12, 2020, Salesforce launched Revenue Cloud that allows B2B businesses to make their customers’ buying experience fast, simple, and flexible while taking care of accuracy and compliance.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud accelerates revenue streams and boosts revenue efficiency. Combining the best of Partner Relationship Management, CPQ and Billing, and B2B Commerce, it allows businesses to drive revenue growth across every channel.

Moreover, it is a part of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. So from purchase to renewal to the revenue recognitions, it delivers a single source for revenue and customer transactions by connecting sales, operations, finance, and partner teams altogether!

Salesforce Revenue Cloud allows businesses to:

1. Transform the buying experience

Salesforce’s new CPQ-B2B Commerce connector prepares digital storefronts for complex B2B selling and also adds customizable, configurable pricing to the digital carts to deliver a self-service experience to the customers.

Also, it allows customers to fill their online cart with products or services of their own choice, and ask sales rep any question about it. While the sales rep will have complete information on the customer’s purchasing history and interactors at their fingertips.

2. Accelerate new revenue streams:

Salesforce’s new Multi-Cloud Billing allows businesses to create revenue streams from other clouds on a single platform. Any field service rep can upsell or cross-sell products or create revenue from onsite services while managing the payment on a unified system. The Revenue Cloud Quick Starts allows businesses to launch a subscription offering from start to finish in eight weeks

3. Improve revenue efficiency:

The new Customer Asset Lifecycle Management tool eliminates the burden of manual effort with automation. It shows a visual dashboard of the customer purchase history. Provides a deeper understanding of the customer relationship and keeps a record of all contract amendments over time.

Moreover, it helps the team align and make data drive the strategic decisions on costs and customers by tracking valuable KPIs like customer lifetime value, monthly recurring revenue, and net revenue retention in real-time.

Revenue Cloud includes CPQ for Partner Communities, CPQ Billing, CPQ & B2B Commerce Connector, and CPQ for Customer Communities all of which are generally available.
