Salesforce acquires Troops.ai for Slack bots: Know the key reasons here

Here’s the biggest news! Recently, the global CRM leader Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Troops.ai, a revenue communications solutions provider. Its bot-based service integrates with Slack to allow sales teams to access CRM data across Salesforce’s various systems.

Troops’ solutions help companies improve their sales velocity, forecasting, visibility, and collaboration across teams. Also, when this deal closes, Troops will become a part of Slack which Salesforce acquired in 2020.

Salesforce may close the acquisition deal by the second quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2023, ending July 31, 2022.
