Steps
1- Create salesforce Org – Production/Sandbox
2- Login workbench.
3- Create Sample Data.xml file to retrieve all Metadata form salesforce

4- Go to migration 🡪 Retrieve
5- Choose File unpackaged Manifest
6- Click on Next
7- Click on Retrieve
8- Download Zip file check the Metadata

1- Install VS code with SFDX CLI
2- Go to Manifest 🡪 Package.xml
3- Retrieve source in Manifest from Org
4- Check Data Under – Force-app\main\default
