1. Go to the Reports tab.

5. Click Export

1. Go to the Reports tab.

2. Open the report you want to export.

3. In Salesforce Classic, reports do not have an Export button with exporting formats. You Simply click on Printable View.

  • We can’t export historical trending reports.
  • We can only export a maximum of five reports at one time.
