With its growing suite of offerings, AZ Lending Experts was facing a lot of challenges while working in Salesforce. The client wanted to achieve a unified way of storing names in the contact information and leads in Salesforce.
Also, AZ Lending Experts wanted us to make their email generation better with fields populated from the loan record in Salesforce. AZ also wanted to send emails to their clients every Friday with PDF attached automatically and manually as well.

- We also converted the Visualforce page to PDF to send email attachments every Friday along with the email alerts. The emails were sent to Realtor – Listing Agent, Realtor – Buying Agent, Listing Agent Assistant, and Buying Agent Assistant.
- Along with the emails, the client would get alerts to sign the document if he has not done it yet.
