The Problem:

Vicis has two websites. The first one is the customer-facing website that brings the business home and the other is for the manufacturing division that takes care of the inventory. The customer facing website is developed on the Shopify platform while the manufacturing website uses SAP. All the other functions of the business are handled in Salesforce.
