Service Cloud
The new features of Salesforce Service Cloud have completely made us go gaga. These features will help you and your business teams to deliver smart and just the right service. Using the Messaging for In-App and Web, you can deliver personalized experiences on your mobile and website.
Also, you can track disruptions with third-party integrations for Incident Management. Further, you get Einstein Reply Recommendations in up to 16 different languages. You can add Case Classification and Einstein Article Recommendations to existing flows.
Sales Cloud
With the upcoming Summer ‘22 release, you can expect new Sales Enablement features that would help you in improving your company’s training and enablement experience.
Also, this release would allow you to enable personal accounts in Sales Cloud without reaching out to Salesforce Support. Salesforce would also roll out features for Einstein Conversation Insights, Salesforce Maps, Collaborative Forecasts, and other Sales Cloud features this year.
Commerce Cloud
New features in Commerce Cloud are expected to be for Salesforce B2B and B2C Commerce, Commerce Einstein, Omnichannel Inventory, and Salesforce Order Management. Using enhanced promotion features, you can now sell globally in B2C stores.
Also, with this, you can integrate a custom payment component, deploy a B2B checkout flow with ease. You can customize the checkout experience for the B2C store using a new checkout component. Further, you can deliver personalized consumer experiences with Commerce Einstein AI-powered tools in B2B Commerce on Lightning experience and B2B2C Commerce storefronts.
Field Service
Salesforce Summer ‘22 release may have some exciting features in Field Service. You get Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization to improve scheduling and travel time predictions. The new status messages will help you troubleshoot any work order generation issues.
Also, with sign service reports, your customers can use their devices to sign reports and stay Covid-safe. Using the Field Service mobile app, you get automatic status changes, limited location tracking, and an all-in-one view of your appointments, work orders, and more.
Analytics
With the Opportunity embedded dashboard, you get to sync data with improved connectors and get better customer insights. Also, you can improve decision-making when using trending data to fine-tune your predictions.
You can create the right report with the enhanced report type selector for Reports and Dashboards. Further, you can filter Salesforce objects to find report types faster than ever. Access lightning reports and dashboards from the new Analytics tab.
