How to Update Child to Parent Records in Salesforce using Map

We have arrived again with yet another Salesforce development solution for you. Today, we will share the code of the Salesforce Apex trigger to update the Parent object with the Update Field on the update or insertion of Opportunity.

For this, we will need to create two custom fields

• For the first Custom field, we will name the custom field as Update Field in Accounts
• And for the second Custom Field, we will name the custom field as Update Field in Opportunity.

After we have created the custom field, we will implement the Apex trigger code to update our parent-child record status.
