Initially, the client struggled to manage data efficiently between Accounts and Contacts in Salesforce.
Sending Bulk Emails with Custom Salutations & Signatures
They needed a solution to send personalized bulk emails, including custom salutations and signatures. One can use Salesforce email templates as well while sending emails.
Email Preview Option
The client wanted to ensure that emails were previewed before sending to avoid errors and ensure consistency.
Tracking Email Success and Failures
Lastly, they didn’t have a proper method to track email success and failures through a CVS report.

Enhanced Custom List View for Accounts and Contacts
Our development team built a custom list view using LWC to seamlessly manage Accounts and Contacts. We created an intuitive user interface with a data table and accordion feature to showcase Account details and their associated Contacts in a unified view.
Efficiency Bulk Email Sending Mechanism
Leveraging their expertise, the team created a batch class to enable email distribution to Contacts associated with Accounts. The system maps email addresses from account records and validates them to ensure data accuracy.
Custom Email Signature Management
We built an “Email Signatures” object where users can create and manage personalized signatures, including logos and branded elements. These signatures will dynamically be integrated into the email body.
Email Preview for Accuracy
Now, before sending emails, users can easily preview the email’s content from where they can see the recipient’s name, subject lines, and signatures. With the help of this feature, the chances of errors are reduced.
Comprehensive CSV Reporting for Email Campaigns
After each email campaign, the CSV report will be automatically generated, capturing success and failure statuses for each email. This CSV file contains crucial details like Account ID, email status (Success/Failed), and failure reasons when applicable.
