The Einstein Chatbot, is a powerful tool that revolutionizes customer interactions and enhances the sales process. By leveraging artificial intelligence and natural language processing capabilities, the chatbot enables businesses to provide personalized and efficient support to their customers. In this blog, we will run down the steps for you to create Einstein chatbot Dialogue. Let’s begin!

Steps to creating Einstein chatbot Dialogue Intent

First, we have to enable chat in org before creating Einstein chatbot Dialogue.

Second, we will enable Einstein Bots toggle on the top right corner to create an Einstein bot.

Now it’s time to create Einstein bot dialogue.

Steps to create bot dialogue Intent

Step 1: Search in the Quick Find box to search “Einstein intent sets”. And then click.

Step 2:  After that, let’s create new Einstein intent set. Make sure you have created two intent sets.

Step 3:  After that, we have to Edit the intent. Check the screenshot below.

Step 4:  After that, we have created two intents. Suppose we have created two Intents “Country” and “order status”. Check the below screenshot.

Step 5:  Now we click on Edit. And add Utterances.

Step 6:  After clicking on Edit we would see an option to add Utterances. Make sure Utterances should be 20 or more. And note that Every Utterance should be different.

Step 7:  Now go to the Einstein bot to Enable Dialogue intent. And create a dialogue. For example, I have created a dialogue with the name “ order status”. Check the below screenshot.

Step 8:  Now add Dialogue intent.

Step 9:  Next is to train the bot. Now go on Model Management and click build model to train the bot.

Now create a dialogue. Bot Understand only those messages which we have added in Utterances.
