With its growing suite of services, our client AHS had several challenges in Salesforce, which is why they came to us at HIC Global Solutions, a Salesforce consulting company.
As a healthcare company, our client has to send and receive several types of forms, and for that, they needed a tool through which they could easily send everything from one place. The Salesforce experts at HIC helped AHS overcome its challenges with their thoughtful solutions.

Proposed Solutions
- For our client, we integrated Salesforce with Conga Composer for various types of forms that they were having. So, whenever a user creates new contact records to fill out the sections and then clicks on the Conga Composer button, it will redirect them to the composer page, where they will receive an ISP (Initial Service Plan) Word form that has all the contact information in it.
- For Home Abstract: Clicking on the Conga Composer button will navigate the user to the Composer page from where they can select the template and click on “Merge and Download” to download the template.
- Also, After filling all the fields, when we merge and download the Plan for Protective Oversight under conga composer for the same contact record, then only the form is reflected with all the values from contact, Relationships, and Equipment. And, similarly, the client had other requirements for various forms in Salesforce and Conga Composer. Also, we made it easier for the client to fetch child records using Conga Queries in a form in Salesforce.
Work Done
Result:
- Our client AHS can now easily fetch the child record details using Conga Queries in a form in Salesforce.
- Now, with our Salesforce solutions, our client can easily show contact details in a form using Conga Composer.
- Further, AHS now has the ability to merge & download the forms in Conga Composer with just a click of a button.
