The standard price book over quote line items and quotes for Accounts told agents products and prices and let them be modified. The DataLoader was used to insert product data here.
You can now get Quote in PDFs of CPC and CPM template types as well as Spreadsheets with buttons for each. Quotes were also given ‘Start Sync’ buttons generate orders, update opportunity status, and recalculate totals.
Account hierarchies were set up such that changes to revenue in one entity would reflect across all parent entities and aggregates.
Also, Quotations were synchronized to manage Opportunity closure for clarity among different agents about the services availed. Afterward, Campaigns were used to drive collections against Accounts to which marketing data, ad campaign data, and other services were delivered.
