Viewing all Attachments Under Accounts through a Comprehensive Accordion Interface
Tab-trails and endless navigation is inconvenient and eats away at agent productivity. You’d rather have all relevant constituent data at hand on a single intuitive page.
A collapsible list or accordion is a great place to keep accessible action items, like buttons. Here though, we’ll insert a collapsible sub-list of Account Attachment Records.
Previously, an agent searching through attachments would need to navigate to an account and then its ‘Notes and Attachments’ or ‘Files’ for each Account in the Org. This also lets an agent view all attachments in one place, which otherwise can’t be seen as reports in a dashboard.
Below are code snippets for both, the Apex Class the retrieves backend Attachment data from the Salesforce Org, as well as the Visualforce Page that displays in our preferred interactive interface.

Conclusion
In the code implementation above, we’ve tried to bring together attachments for all Accounts in a Salesforce instance in one place. As is the case with most productivity-centric pages, we’ve kept the interface minimal, yet complete.
