They faced challenges when the existing buyers made a new purchase in the Shopify account, and the records would not get updated with the existing contacts in Salesforce.
Proposed Solutions
when an existing contact in Salesforce is not found with the same Shopify Id, the connector app searches the contact with last name and personal email. If the contact is found with this combination, the connector updates the existing contact in the same Shopify ID, or else, a new Shopify ID is created.
